All orders ship within one week of purchase via UPS Ground or USPS with tracking. You will be provided with a tracking link as soon as your shipping label is made. If you provide an incorrect address and do not receive your package I cannot be held responsible for retrieving or rerouting it. When you receive your order confirmation in your email, please double check your address to make sure your pot is going to the right place.
However, if the package is lost for any other reason I will pursue a claim with UPS to get at least a partial refund for you. If we end up having to pursue a claim please be patient, these issues take time to resolve.
Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, exact sizing and glaze finish may vary slightly from the images you see in the webshop. I do my absolute best to accurately portray my work including dimensions, volume, and color, therefore all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged please email me a photo within 3 days of its arrival with so that I can replace or refund it.
