Join Kendall from Klay House Ceramics for a hand-building workshop on November 14, 2024 from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Hosted by Coastal Mass. Brewing located in Beverly, MA.  Doors open 15 minutes before the workshop and close 10 minutes after we begin. Must be 21+

In this workshop you will learn the basics of hand building using slab techniques to make a Winter House using white clay. Once we cover the building techniques let your creativity run wild and I will be there to guide you along the way. 

In addition to building techniques, surface design such as stamping and creating attachments will be taught and used as needed for your individual design. We recommend you bring your own sketches or print outs of your favorite motifs, foraged plants from your yard, patterns and images to start your process!

Your Winter House will be ready for pickup 2-3 weeks after the workshop. Tuition includes clay, tools, glaze, finishings and kiln firing. Beer will be available to purchase from Coastal Mass. Brewing. Gentle words of encouragement and fun tunes will be provided.

Workshop is refundable up to 14 days prior to event, after this point it is non-refundable.
